Sweet Spot Low Volume String Definition
The Bristol 15 is a Class A design that was inspired by the current production "contemporary" EL84 based amps but the Bristol is a unique circuit and overall product. It runs Higher Voltage and Lower Current transformers than it's counterparts, this along with circuit designs geared towards string definition, clarity and sustain allows the amp to maintain a "sweet" chimey and bell like tone that EL84's are known for no matter what the volume setting. The Bristol has more usable headroom than most 15 watt EL84 based amps in a small but powerful package. Stage or Studio, this amp is extremely well suited for Blues, Rock, Jazz, Country, Fusion and anywhere an incredible sounding low wattage british style amp is needed. Also available in 30 watts with four el84's.

Capacitors: JJ Multisection can and Sprague atom electrolytics; Mallory 150 and CDE silver Mica coupling and tone caps.
Resistors: 1 to 5 watt metal film throughout
Sockets: Ceramic chassis mount
Potentiometers: High friction enclosed and lubricated chassis mount

Cabinets: Fingerjointed solid white pine or birch ply, open back combo cabs and closed back oversized speaker cabinets.
