Matt sent this to me as a box of parts from no less than three different amps. It ended up as a 5E5 Pro circuit running tremolux transformers and 6V6's in a 5E3 Deluxe Headbox........not something you see everyday. What you can't see in the pics are the six purple LED's under the front plexiglass panel that makes it glow purple in low light.
