This is the prototype for my new Studio Plus design. The amp was designed for local musician Terry Scarberry. We set out to build a single channel amp with 60's american clean tones, full tone stack, great reverb, onboard footswitchable compressor, negative feedback control, a 1/4 and balanced XLR line out, in a 35 watt 6L6 power stage amp. These pics were taken before I added the XLR and 1/4 line outs and relabeled the vibrato pedal as the "squeeze" pedal. It's a squeeze type compressor design with an LED indicator and squeeze control. The negative feedback control compliments the compressor nicely in that you can offset the compression with a more "raw" sound if you so desire. This design will be available in 25, 35, 45 and 80 watts and I'll be building myself one of these soon for sure.
