Custom  Relics

Although I have constructed and sold over 20 made to order guitars to date, the majority of my  guitar business continues to be building Relics or Relic'ing your existing guitar.  From mild to wild you get  it as aged or distressed as needed to fit your personal taste.   Nitro cellulose lacquer is utilized on all relic projects for primer, color and clear coats where applicable.  No need to stick to original colors as I have access to custom mixed nitro primers and colors.  All hardware, pickguards, covers etc. are aged and distressed to match the level or distress on the guitar giving an overall realistic appearance.

Your new CAGW Relic may look as though it's seen every blues bar from coast to coast for the past 45 years but setup, action and playability will be better than any off the shelf mass produced guitar that you can compare it to.

No production line mass produced custom shop stickers found here.  You won't find one in every music store you visit.  All are one of a kind, made to order to your specifications.

Relicing your own guitar starts at only $150.  Depending on the current finish and desired results it can run as high as $700 if a new body is required.  Original CAGW creations built to your specifications start at $775 and run as high as $1600 depending on woods, hardware and other options wanted.
