The Soho 50 with 1x15 Open Back Cabinet

Named for London's entertainment district, the Soho series offers the same thick, singing 2nd generation British tone that has been used by rockers since the mid 60's. Available in 20, 40, 50 and 100 watt models, it's one of the most versatile British flavored amps I've ever heard. Matched with a variety of alnico or ceramic speakers it can be sweet and compresed or thick and heavy. A great platform for any style of music that's as sweet on 2 as it is on 10.

Bias: Fixed/Adjustable with external adjustment and test points

Inputs: Two, Normal and Bright, control panel toggle switch bridgable(no jumper required)

Chassis: Laser punched 2 mm Aluminum
Circuit Board - Handwired G10 epoxy resin board, tinned brass two level turrets, mounted on aluminum standoffs.
Capacitors: JJ Multisection can and Sprague atom electrolytics; Mallory 150 and CDE silver Mica coupling and tone caps.
Resistors: 1/2 to 5 watt metal film throughout
Sockets: Ceramic chassis mount
Potentiometers: High friction encloses and lubricated chassis mount
Switches: Carling
Jacks: Switchcraft
Cabinets: Fingerjointed solid white pine, open back combo cabs and open/closed back speaker cabinets.


Speakers: Various Celestion, Eminence and Weber VST speakers available
Colors: Mix and match cabinet and panels in Red, Cream, Black, Purple or Green
Knobs: Traditional round in black, silver, gold or Chickenhead in White, Cream, Black, Purple, Green, Red, Blue or Yellow
