The Studio Plus is a streamlined classic American 60's design that was inspired by the great amps of that era. My goal was to make the Studio Plus more toneful than the original by streamlining the signal path and eliminating unused functions of the original while adding options that the customer might want, such as speaker selecting or muting load line 1/4 and XLR outputs, adjustable negative feedback, effects loops, low or high gain boosts, etc. If you are a fan of classic clean tones with great reverb that start to breakup at the magic spot of 5 to 7 on the volume knob this amp is very hard to beat. From country to surf, blues to psychobilly, this design has been used for 45 years with steller results. Get one back in it's handwired glory for what you would pay for a PCB reissue with cheaper parts and little human interaction in the build process.

Chassis: Laser punched chrome plated steel
Circuit Board - Handwired G10 epoxy resin board, tinned brass eyelets
Capacitors: JJ Multisection can and Sprague atom electrolytics; Mallory 150 and CDE silver Mica coupling and tone caps.
Resistors: 1 to 5 watt metal film throughout
Sockets: Ceramic chassis mount
Potentiometers: High friction chassis mount
Switches: Carling
Jacks: Switchcraft
Cabinets: Fingerjointed white or yellow pine, birch ply, open back combo cabs and closed back oversized speaker cabinets.

Traditional two channel, four input design
Vibrato with Speed and Intensity controls
Line out: 1/4 or balanced XLR with volume and tone controls.
Half power switch: Available on four power tube models
Low gain switch: Emulates the gain of a 12AY7 tube in V1, ships with 12AX7
Raw Control: Switch or potentiometer available, bypasses tone stack for gain boost
Speakers: Various Celestion, Weber, Jensen and Eminence available
Knobs: Traditional numbered style or round in black, silver, gold or Chickenhead in colors listed at link below
Faceplate: Brushed Gold, Silver, Black with white or black text
Logo: same options as faceplate in Rectangle or Oval
Wire: Teflon, Pvc or vintage cloth covered
