Bart wanted a 5E3 with a laser etched chassis (which are becoming more popular lately) vice the white silkscreen. I used Mercury Magnetic transformers, Sprague atom & 715 orange drop capacitors, and 2,3 & 5 watt metal film resistors on a G10 garolite eyelet board, cloth wire throughout including the snazzy 50's 16ga speaker hookup wire. Ceramic sockets, WeberVst Pots, Knobs(oxblood), and Alnico Blue Dog. Tubes are all NOS Sylvania 5Y3,RCA Grey Plate 6V6GT's, Sylvania 12AX7, and JAN GE 5751. No Collins Amplification logo for Bart, he's say's he's not a flashy guy. This one was fun to testdrive prior to shipping, it really came alive with a Vanzandt bridge pickup on a 62' RI Telecaster.
